Shipping Policy

In order to serve you better we strive to ship our orders within 48 hours of receipt, weekends and holidays not included. To have the quickest and freshest grocery we recommenced to order on the weekend or beginning of the weekdays perishables and bakery goods are usually shipped on to better preserve freshness. 

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return an item in its original condition and packaging or container for a refund or credit within 3 days of receiving your order. We accept a return to refund the full amount or give you store credit for your next purchase from if the received item if it is damaged or has molding or spoiled and we will provide the return label, however if the item was an incorrect item you chose there we be a fee for the return label will be applied on all food items. For obvious and sanitary reasons only canned or unopened food items may be considered for a return. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. To initiate your return process, please E-mail us at:  to obtain a "return authorization number". Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip including the authorization number. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process and have all funds accounted for and received to the right place. Return the item via UPS or US Postal Service. Please ensure the package and secure a tracking number to protect yourself in case it gets lost or damaged in transit.
